1. General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the goldbet platform and all its services. goldbet is an online gaming and betting service operated for Bangla-speaking users in Bangladesh. By accessing or registering on this platform you agree to all the terms set out below.

All goldbet products and services are for personal entertainment only. Reselling this service for commercial or professional purposes, transferring it to third parties, or misusing it in any way is strictly prohibited. goldbet reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

2. Account Registration

To register on goldbet, the user must be 21 years of age or older. If this condition is violated, the account will be closed immediately and any funds in the account may be forfeited.

3. Identity Verification

5. Bonuses and Promotions

goldbet welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, a deposit must be made and the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before a withdrawal can be made.

5.1 Bonus Example

If someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and their balance will be ৳2,000. Wagering required before withdrawal: ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.

5.2 Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonus funds are not direct cash — they cannot be withdrawn until wagering is completed.
• The validity period for using a bonus is set by goldbet and is stated on the promotions page.
• If bonus misuse is proven, goldbet reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses using multiple accounts will result in both accounts being closed.

5.3 VIP Cashback

goldbet's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier provides cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses. For example: a Gold tier member with a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

6. Betting Rules

goldbet offers sports betting, virtual sports and other betting products. The following rules must be followed when placing bets.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, goldbet may cancel a bet or return the original stake in certain situations (event cancellation, technical error).

• If an event is cancelled, the bet stake will be returned.
• goldbet reserves the right to cancel any bet placed at incorrect odds.
• Participation in match fixing or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Multi Bets

Multiple selections can be combined in a multi bet. All selections in a multi bet must win — if any one loses, the entire bet is lost. Example: a ৳100 multi bet with odds of 1.40, 1.50 and 1.60 gives combined odds of 3.36, so a win pays ৳336; if any one selection loses, the full ৳100 is lost.

7. Slots and Casino

goldbet offers a wide range of games including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti and fishing games. All these games are operated through third-party game providers and have their own RTP and rules.

• The result of every game is determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Neither goldbet nor the game provider guarantees any specific win.
• If an abnormally large win appears due to a system error, goldbet reserves the right to cancel that payout.
• If there is a conflict with a game provider's own rules, the provider's rules will apply.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

goldbet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account in any of the following situations.

8.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Registering with false information or failing identity verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Any serious breach of the terms and conditions.
• An account being operated by a person under 21 years of age.

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

A user may request to close their account at any time. In that case, the remaining account balance (subject to meeting valid conditions) will be returned to the user.
